Plant List

The Plant List is where you can see an overview of the plants and from where you can view the details of an individual plant.

Plant List Selection

This option allows you to choose which details to display in the list.

Limiting Plant List to a Single Block

Plant_Select_Block.jpg

Sometimes it is useful to display a full list of all the plants in the database, however it is usually much quicker and more convenient to display a limited number of plants. There are several options to help with this. If you are working on a particular block then this could be chosen from the list and then clicking the Find button will limit the list to plants in that block.

Limiting Plant List using Extra Options

Other options can be selected, for example selecting all the plants in a collection, or of a specific Condition. These options can be used together, e.g. List Plants in a Collection with a Condition of "Red / V Poor". Additional options can be found by clicking on the Extra Options selection and choosing an extra option, such as Plants with Work Required.

Plant Export

The Plant Export button enables you to export the plants currently selected in the list to a file. If you have Microsoft Excel Installed on your pc, then the export will be as an Excel Spreadsheet, otherwise the export will be as a "Comma Separated File". When you click the Export button you will be asked which details you would like to be exported. In this way you can provide information to include in Reports or datasheets or for input to other applications.
