Inspections

The Inspection Screen is one of the two major parts of the ArboretumDB system. Here you will be able to record and view the plant inspections.

Click on any of the pictures for an enlarged view.

Inspection List

The inspections list shows the latest inspection for the selected plants. This example uses the "Extra Options" to display only the plants that have been identified as "Requiring Work". Alternatively you could choose the Latest Inspections for a specific Block, or you could choose a specific Plant and view All the inspections for that specific plant.

As with the Plant List, you can select the details to display in the Inspections List.

Inspection Detail

By clicking the View/Edit Button you will see the details of the inspection. When adding a new inspection, the details will be defaulted to the latest previous inspection.

Inspection Report

Two reports are available from the Inspections List. The Print button will produce a report for the selected inspections.

Inspection Required Work Report

The "Required Work" button will produce a report showing the work required for the selected inspections.
